Monica Parisi
Born in Catanzaro, at 18 Monica Parisi moved to Reggio Calabria where she obtained her degree in Architecture. Today, she lives and works in Pisa.
Monica’s photography narrative is made up of instinct, study, comparison, of constant research, through a language that is often melancholy, always poignant.
A language built on faded, denatured, opaque colors. Or, on the contrary, on colors saturated in black and shadows based on the impressions she wants to convey.
Creative and passionate in her endeavors, she takes photographs because doing so restores her smile back to her face. She participates in contests, in solo and group exhibitions with national and international artists.
Livin’art presents one of her photography projects entitled SMARRIMENTO that fully renders the main features of her way of working.
