The "kites", in Luca Serasini's paintings, appear at a later stage. They reflect a different time, a different research and, eventually, just like his bulls, they acquire that same, deep, distinguishing colour.... "At first they were black. But, I was painting, I could sense there was something I didn't like ... I realized I was feeling better when they started to bright up, when they became red and orange ... While bulls are male propulsive energy, kites represent the relationship, generally a loving relationship, between two persons".
